MERTECH T8900 is an embedded barcode scanner. It is designed to read 2D and 1D codes. The device is embedded in the work area or placed on a desk. Wired connection is used to connect to the base.
Technical specifications
The housing of the model is made of plastic and polycarbonate (ABC + PC). The shape of the case is rectangular, the color of the panels is black. Dimensions: 143*119*67 mm. The device weighs 209 grams. Protection against falling from a height of 150 cm is provided. The degree of protection of the housing from dust and moisture: IP54.

Advantages of the model
The MERTECH T8900 barcode scanner is specially designed for use in the "Honest ZNAK" system and alcohol accounting under EGAIS. It recognizes all known barcodes, including the DataMatrix code, which is used for product labeling. Label scanning is carried out using SUPERLEAD technology.
The reader operates on 2D Image technology. It takes pictures of the labels and recognizes the codes using the built-in program. This model has a red LED 617 K backlight. The backlight allows for clearer photographs and faster recognition.
The device recognizes damaged and blurry labels. It easily reads small barcodes from cigarette packs. Glare film is not an obstacle to scanning. The reader recognizes data from screens and other complex surfaces.
