A wireless barcode scanner sends data via Bluetooth or a radio receiver (dongle), so staff are not tied to the checkout or computer. These models are used in warehouses, on sales floors with bulky goods, at order pickup points and for mobile sales. All MERTECH wireless scanners are 2D: they read linear codes, QR and DataMatrix.
How a wireless scanner connects
- USB dongle — plug the receiver into a computer, no setup needed; the scanner works as a keyboard.
- Bluetooth (BLE, SPP) — connect to a smartphone, tablet or mobile computer without a dongle.
- Charging cradle — charges the battery and on some models acts as a data receiver.
Models in the catalog
| Model | Highlights |
|---|---|
| MERTECH CL-610, CL-2210 | Entry models for stores and pickup points, dongle included |
| MERTECH CL-2310, CL-2320, CL-2410, CL-2420 | Models with cradles and HR versions for small codes |
| MERTECH CL-2425 Ai | AI-based recovery of damaged codes |
| Ring scanners X21, Mark3 | One-hand scanning, both hands free for handling goods |
What matters most: wireless range, battery capacity and connection type. Warehouses need range headroom; checkouts need a cradle so the scanner is always in place and charged.
Where to use
- Warehouse — receiving, location-based storage, order picking.
- Sales floor — scanning bulky items in the cart without carrying them to the counter.
- Uzum Market, Wildberries, Ozon pickup points — reading the order QR code from the customer's phone.
- Pharmacies and stores with Asl Belgisi marking — reading DataMatrix codes.

FAQ
How do I connect a wireless scanner to a computer?
Plug the dongle into a USB port and the computer will detect the scanner as a keyboard. To pair with a phone, switch the scanner to Bluetooth mode by scanning the setup barcode from the manual.
Does a wireless scanner work with 1C?
Yes, data arrives the same way as from a corded model: keyboard mode or virtual COM port.
