The kit includes the MERTECH CL-2320 BLE SPP Dongle P2D USB 2D scanner in a white housing and a matching white charging and communication cradle.

The key advantage of the kit is that the scanner can be used both as a mobile and stationary device. An employee can move freely around the work area with the scanner, while placing it in the Cradle starts battery charging and allows hands-free automatic scanning.

Fast scanning of marked goods and standard barcodes

The MERTECH CL-2320 is equipped with a modern 2D Image scan engine with a scanning speed of up to 100 scans per second. It reads major 1D and 2D barcode formats, including Data Matrix, QR Code, MicroQR, PDF417, and MicroPDF417, making it suitable for use with the Chestny ZNAK marking system and EGAIS.

The scanning distance reaches up to 370 mm depending on the barcode type. Minimum barcode contrast is 20%, while minimum resolution is 3.9 mil. The 3500K Antireflected LED illumination helps read poorly printed, damaged, and reflective barcodes.

The charging and communication cradle is designed specifically for the MERTECH CL-2320 White and matches the scanner in both shape and color. It performs several functions at once: receives and transmits the BLE signal, acts as a holder, and charges the scanner battery while the device is docked.

In hands-free mode, the CL-2320 can be used as a stationary scanner: scanning starts automatically when a barcode enters the scanning area. This is especially convenient at checkout counters, packing stations, and operator workplaces where both hands need to remain free for handling goods.

The cradle angle can be adjusted, while the magnetic holder keeps the scanner securely in place. The Cradle can be placed on a desk or mounted on a wall. LED indicators show the BLE connection status and charging process.

Designed for intensive daily use

The scanner housing is made of ABS + PC and is protected to IP54. The MERTECH CL-2320 withstands up to 30 drops onto concrete from a height of 1.8 m or repeated drops from 1.5 m. The scan trigger is rated for up to 5 million activations.

Successful scans are confirmed by audible and visual indicators as well as vibration feedback. With a weight of 210 g, the scanner remains comfortable to use throughout a long work shift.
