MERTECH SEUIC Utouch2 Data Acquisition Terminal

MERTECH SEUIC Utouch2 is an industrial UHF RFID mobile terminal for rapid inventory, warehouse accounting, logistics and goods movement control. The model combines long-range RFID reading, an integrated 2D scanner, Android 11 and a reinforced IP67 design for intensive daily operation.

The main advantages of MERTECH SEUIC Utouch2 are the reading of UHF RFID tags at a distance of 10 m, a speed of up to 1300 tags per second and batteries with a total capacity of at least 11,700 mAh. The replaceable battery of the handle can be replaced without turning off the terminal, so the employee does not need to interrupt the current operation.

Mass RFID reading and working with barcodes

UHF RFID module supports ISO 18000-6C/EPC C1G2 tags. The 5 dBi circularly polarized antenna provides reliable tag recognition in different positions. The reading range reaches 10 m or more, the writing range is up to 6 m, and the group reading speed is up to 1300 marks per second.

The terminal is especially effective for inventory: instead of sequentially scanning each product, an employee can simultaneously receive data from a large number of RFID tags at once.

A built-in 2D Image scanner is provided for the traditional identification of goods. Thus, one terminal can be used for both RFID and conventional linear and two-dimensional barcodes.

The MERTECH SEUIC Utouch2 features a 5.5-inch touchscreen with a resolution of 1440×720 pixels. An eight-core processor, 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal memory ensure stable operation of corporate applications and large product databases. The memory capacity can be increased with a microSD card up to 256 GB.

The main battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh is complemented by a replaceable battery for the handle with a capacity of 6700 mAh. At maximum UHF power, the terminal is capable of continuous operation for more than 5 hours. QC 3.0 fast charging via USB Type-C is supported.

Dual-band Wi-Fi, mobile networks, and GPS, GLONASS, and BeiDou satellite navigation are available to connect to the corporate infrastructure. The 13 MP main camera with autofocus and dual flash is suitable for photographing goods and documents.

The case conforms to the IP67 protection class, withstands multiple falls from a height of 2 m and 1000 rolling cycles from a height of 0.5 m. The operating temperature range is -20 to +50 °C.
